Our journey from Capbloc to Axiocap
2019
In 2019, Simon de Charentenay and Nicolas Surleau had a bold vision: to revolutionize shareholder management formalities through digitalization. Convinced that the future lies in cutting-edge technologies, they launched Capbloc, a pioneering SaaS platform. Capbloc harnessed the power of blockchain to deliver unmatched security for company shareholder registers, redefining the standards of equity management.
2021
In 2021, they partnered with Infogreffe, the historical operator of legal registries in France, to create MonJuridique.infogreffe. The platform quickly spread throughout the legal and accounting sectors, streamlining every step of shareholder management. From the issuance of the first shares to general meeting resolutions and the preservation of company history, MonJuridique.infogreffe simplifies and secures corporate governance.
2024
MonJuridique.infogreffe, a trusted partner for accountants and lawyers, became Axiocap to better reflect its mission and ensure international clarity. With over 100,000 shareholders registered in just two years, Axiocap began its international expansion, supported by GIE Infogreffe. At the end of 2023, a new logo marked this transition, followed in 2024 by a complete redesign of the website and application. Axiocap combines legal expertise and technology to deliver a reliable, legally binding software solution that unites quality and innovation.
