French Decree No. 2019-1118 of October 31, 2019, relating to the dematerialization of registers, minutes and decisions of companies and the accounting records of certain traders has allowed real progress for companies.
Assembly records must be kept for a minimum of 6 years and it is strongly recommended that they be archived in a sustainable manner to keep legal proof in case of a later dispute.
