UI/UX Designer

Introduction:

About the position:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the heart of our design process, responsible for creating user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging. You will also contribute to the improvement of existing applications. You will be an integral part of the technical team, under the direction of our CTO, and will work closely with the Product Owner and developers within an Agile Scrum framework.

Your missions:

Design and prototype engaging and intuitive user interfaces

Conduct user tests and integrate feedback to improve the experience.

Facilitate UX workshops (audits, map experience, map sorting).

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the quality of design implementation.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide innovative ideas.

Profile sought:

Startup experience and mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Dynamism, creativity, and a taste for new technologies.

Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

An agile mindset, capable of transforming feedback into concrete actions.

Proficiency in Agile methods and excellent teamwork skills.
